Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani Day 4 Box Office Collection: Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt’s Starrer Surpasses Rs 50 Crore Mark

Karan Johar’s much-awaited directorial comeback, “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani,” starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, has been enjoying a successful run at the box office, despite a slight decline on its first Monday. Within just four days of its release on July 28, the film crossed the impressive milestone of Rs 50 crore, accumulating a total collection of Rs 53.40 crore so far.

The star-studded romantic drama also features industry veterans Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi in significant roles. Produced jointly by Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studios, the movie has been warmly received by audiences, leading to its continuous strong performance despite facing tough competition from other releases.

In terms of collections, “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani” raked in Rs 45.90 crore net in India during its opening weekend. On the fourth day, it secured an additional Rs 7.50 crore, showcasing a slightly reduced but still commendable figure. Internationally, the film performed well, earning $4 million in gross collections and becoming the second Hindi film to cross 50,000 Euros in Germany during its debut weekend. The movie was shot in various locations, including Mumbai, New Delhi, Russia, and Jammu & Kashmir.

Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, and director Karan Johar expressed their gratitude and celebrated the film’s success on social media, thanking the audience for their love and support.

As per industry tracker Sacnilk.com, the film’s fourth-day collections in India amounted to Rs 7.5 crore. With a promising start and sustained performance over the weekdays, supported by positive word-of-mouth and reviews from both audiences and critics, “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani” seems poised to potentially join the coveted Rs 100 crore club. The film’s overall occupancy in the Hindi belt on its fourth day was reported at 18.02 per cent, with night shows recording the highest occupancy rate of 27.36 per cent.
